Customer Support Engineer (m/f/d)


We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer (m/f/d) to support our internal IT department.

Your responsibilities:

  • As Customer Support Engineer you are part of our support team and contact person for our German speaking and international customers
  • You will support our customers during the integration of our products and with technical questions and solve problems on the phone and by e-mail
  • You will test technical components of our hardware and software solutions in close cooperation with our development and quality assurance departments

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in IT environment or technical studies
  • Experience in technical support with international customer contact
  • Several years of practical work experience in a comparable job
  • Very high customer and service orientation
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • You communicate confidently on the phone or in webinars and can successfully solve problems through good analytical understanding
