Should you wish to send in a broken device you have to follow these steps:
The address of the nearest DESKO Service Center will be send to you after receipt of RMA.
If your repair would not be covered by warranty you will receive a quotation. The quotation includes the estimated repair costs which need to be approved.
We aim to have a turnaround time of 10 working days. Shipment not included.
